Justin Chisholm – Editor

About the Editor

Offshore Rules is edited by freelance yacht racing journalist Justin Chisholm who started sailing at the age of nine on the gravel pits and reservoirs of Northern England and has been racing boats ever since. He has competed successfully in dinghies, sportsboats and yachts, completed three Fastnet Races and become a well established name on the international regatta circuit.
Justin Chisholm

Now solely focused on his career in yacht racing journalism, over the last several years he has been successful in carving a niche for himself. As well as writing for many of the major yachting magazines (including a regular column in Yachts and Yachting) he works with the Melges 20, 24 and 32 International Class Associations providing on the spot regatta reporting at their major events.

His major focus however, is the Offshore Rules website which he established in January 2008 with a plan for it to become recognised as a major source of dinghy, sportsboat and yacht racing content amongst the world’s racing sailors.
